Ingredient:-
1 1/2 cup the all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp bicarbonate soda
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 Egg
1 cup milk
1 tsp vinegar (to mix with the milk and set aside)
1 tbsp vegetable Oil
1/2 cup water
Method:-
a) Mix milk with vinegar and leave it aside for 15 mins
b) Mix flour,salt, baking powder, bicarbonate soda and sugar together in a bowl.
c) Whisk egg in another bowl for 5 mins
d) Add the milk mixture and continue whisking
e) Add in Vegetable Oil and water and continue whisking
f) Lastly, add in the dry ingredients. Batter should be thick and showing small bubbles around.
g) Heat non-stick pan and glaze a small amount of vegetable oil.
h) Put a scoopful on the pan once its heated up.
Serve your hotcakes with Maple syrup and butter like at McD's.
You could also add in flavour like strawberries, blueberries or even chocolate chips.

Synopsis

Mengisahkan Azhan (Zul Ariffin yang hot sekarang ini) yang berusia 29 tahun adalah anak tunggal kepada pasangan Datuk Hanafiah (ahli perniagaan berjaya) dan Datin Rosni (pesara kerajaan). Azhan yang banyak meluangkan masa dengan aktiviti luar bersama rakannya seperti berkonvoi ke tempat menarik dan memanjat dinding selalu dileteri ibunya. Datin Rosni kesunyian kerana Datuk Hanafiah juga jarang ada di rumah kerana sibuk mengembangkan perniagaannya. Lantas Datin Rosni yang berasa kesepian sering mendesak Azhan segera berumah tangga kerana dia mahukan cucu. Pada masa sama, Azhan kerap diserang sakit kepala. Ibunya menyangka Azhan terlalu letih dengan bebanan kerja sehingga tidak cukup rehat.
Suatu hari, keika Azhan mengadakan aktiviti riadah bersama rakannya, Muadz, dia diserang sakit kepala yang teruk lalu jatuh pengsan. Bagaimanapun, Azhan hanya mengalami luka luaran namun selepas pemeriksaan selanjutnya dilakukan, Azhan dikejutkan dengan khabar yang bakal merubah seluruh hidupnya. Berdasarkan ujian MRI yang dilakukan ke atasnya, Azhan dimaklumkan menghidap kanser otak dan dia bertambah sedih apabila doktor meramalkan yang dia dapat hidup beberapa bulan saja lagi.
Drama ini banyak memberi pengajaran tentang kehidupan, mensyukuri nikmat yang Allah swt beri dan senantiasa yakin akan takdir, qada' qadar dari Allah. Apabila kematian mendekati kita, barulah kita sedar siapa diri ini di muka
